If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we'll make it right. No complicated processes, no long waits.
You can return unused and unopened products within 7 days of delivery. Products must be in their original packaging and unused condition.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product — we'll replace it or refund you immediately, no questions asked. Just send us a photo of the issue via WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, wallet). Bank transfers typically take 5-7 business days depending on your bank.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are defective or caused an adverse reaction. If you experience an adverse reaction, please contact us immediately — your safety is our priority.
